Most of them look too small to where they most likely don't have a developed root structure yet. Others are debatable. You can try to carefully slide one out of the cup to see if they have enough roots.
@Golden Great White mycorrhizae is more effective sprinkling onto the roots during transplant. Although, you can mix with water and then water your plants with it as well.
