Most of my plants are showing red stems at the top leaves. Any idea of what this is? My first thought was some sort of affect from the light. Could be part of this strain (Great White Shark).

Probably just genetics. The rest of you plant looks great, if the red stems where caused by a nutrient issue you would be seeing other symptoms on the leaves.
I wouldn't worry about it unless other issues start showing up.
