I had a male out side my house so I hope it's not pollen, and there's buds and stems directly in front on my fans so I don't thinks it's wind burn, but i have been touching them alot lately

That's it. That's exactly what happenes when you touch them. The whole pistil turns brown at once when pollinated.

Do you mean the brown tips? That's usually an early sign of wind burn or overhandeling. If the whole thing was brown then you'd have pollen somewhere.
