I believe they all leak, at least pinholes. I have a 5x5 from apollo horticulture, it has pinholes here and there, but the fabric is very durable and the zippers have held up nicely.
I have the 4x4 Ac Infinity tent,mine has no light leak thru zippers whatsoever. My only complaint with the Infinity tent is,theirs only one duct opening on top.
I have several tents that I have noticed light leak from zipper areas.
(If only they gave you an over abundance of patches for those.. LOL)
What I did/do is purchase silver mylar survival blankets online. (cheap 8$) for 4.
And clip them in where the zippers leaked.
The question... and what really is the mindscrew for me is...
Do my plants notice? Am I over thinking this? Is the amount of light that I notice shining through the zipper enough to have a negative impact on my chics?
Idk I am full baked right now... maybe welldone, LOL> but these are definitely things to ponder.... but unless you have spent an hour in your tent to let your eyes get adjusted and notice that light from your zippers only to wonder how this will affect my yield!

@W J Rucier Oh wow that's crazy. Maybe reach out to them to see if your tent wasn't manufactured correctly? I heard they are really good with customer service.I've seen those but haven't tried them. Looks like a great idea!
I didn't bother at first, but then I started thinking about it and decided to give AC INFINITY a call and let them know my tent was leaking light through the zipper. ill be damned if they didn't send me another one, and as far as I can tell they've either upgraded the flaps on their zippers or I just got a lemon!! no leaks.....I can finally put away my blackout curtains....

What do people usually do with the air intake flaps on the bottom of the tents during flower? if they leave one open doesn't that create a light leak?
