When can I top again?

Currently finishing up week 4 of veg on these white widow ladies. Topped both last week. I'm trying to go for a big yield. My first grow only came out to an ounce and a half. This is my second grow and now that iv worked out my issues from the first time around, I'm looking for the best advice to possibly pull a lb off of a plant. Thanks in advanced to everyone in this group as well as Chris himself. When should I top again?

LST to widen the plant as much as possible and then you can top those branches again. I like to do my 2nd top at the branches 2nd node as long as I see growth at that node.

Sounds good. Currently placing clips around the pot so I can tie down some of the branches. Should I remove the big fan leaves closer to flipping to flower? Then again mid flower. I think last time I removed some wrong leaves and stunted my plant

@Shaun McLaughlin Some growers leave all leaves on for the entire grow. Some growers remove leaves. Some growers tuck leaves under bud sites. Any of those methods are fine. Just don't remove too many leaves or else you can stunt growth and lower yield.

I’d top at the 3rd node of where I topped top the first time and if you looking for bigger yield I’d do LST

Iv been bending down the branches from the start. I'm going to put some clips on the pots and and try and tie them down.

Just poke a hole in the pot and use a wire don’t put it to tight around the branch though

Last time around I put paper clips around the pot and tied the branches down with some string
