Once the roots have established enough of a root zone to where it holds the soil together but isn't root bound is ideal. Just from looking at the pics, they may be ready now.

The sooner the better. Add some Myco to really give the roots a boost.
They definitely look big enough. Just remember there will be some transplant shock so don't freak out if they pause growth for some days.
