Hey yall just a quick question. I flipped the light cycle to 12/12 on aug 31, do I count my days from the flip? Or from when pistols started comin out?

Some count it the day they flip, others count it when they start to see pistils. I personally count day 1 when I see several pistils formed.
I don’t Count first day. Course I use the 36 hour total dark before I flip. Good luck
