That plant looks a bit small for 2 months in Veg. Can you give us some more information? What nutrients have you fed the plant and how often? What grow light are you using and how far away is it from the top of the plant?

She was outside in the beginning, and I brought her in due to season, (may have caused a shock) but hoping I can place her back outside next season. But currently I am using a honorsen 600w led grow light (currently about 3 feet away from canopy) and I am using ALASKA Morebloom 0-10-10 every 2 weeks (nutrients resolve in water)

@Malik Buxton Ok thanks for the additional information. Unfortunately at 3ft away, the plant isn't receiving enough light. If you look at the listing for that grow light ( https://amzn.to/2HDxJyC ) you will see the manufacturer recommends 18"-24" for Veg. If you reduce the light distance then you should see more growth. You can actually flip the plant to flowering whenever you'd like. Some growers keep their plant in Veg for 30 days and then flip while others will keep their plant in Veg for several months then flip. The choice is yours.
