Which level lighting advice needed

I am using VIVOSUN VS1000 LED Grow Light with Samsung LM301 Diodes & Sosen Driver Dimmable Lights (can be found on amazon). The dimming feature reads: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%. Which setting should I use for the veg stage prior to blooming, the blooming stage and the budding stage? There is a cool chart that says 3000k boosts blooming, 730nm accelerates growth, 660nm for higher yields, 5000k promotes germination. But which is which? Thanks for your help. JJ
