Which option would be better for a smaller grow in a storage tote?

Hello, I'm in the process of planning out my first grow and am stuck on a couple options for a configuration.

My grow space is too small for any sized grow tent so I have to make a diy grow space out of a storage tote and will be adding a second one on top to add more height for flower. Also I plan on running a super soil to make things a little easier and not have to worry about mixing nutes and ph

The measurements of the current tote are

25 3/4"L x 18 3/" W x 19 3/8" H

I'm can't seem to decide if I should make it easier on myself and go with this kit. Which is designed for what I have in mind.

Or if I should get the spiderfarmer sf1000 which is about $127 USD before tax and get an ac affinity inline fan with carbon filter. Problem is space and having a bunch of wires coming out of this set up but the other one has its own controller and everything plugs into that.

Any thoughts?

Looks like a pretty cool kit. Are you able to find out how much PAR those grow lights emit?

@Mr. Grow It unfortunately I haven't been able to. I did end up purchasing it and am going to see how well the led panels do. For my particular needs this is a perfect solution minimal cords and can be used in small hidden DIY grow boxes. I can have top lighting and side lighting with the panels and can control the power of them from an app. Excited to see how well the plants grow.
