We just hit the ten week mark on our very first grow with White Widow autoflowers. We grew two plants at the same time. One of them looks like it’s almost ready to harvest but the other flowered two weeks later and is definitely not ready. The bigger plant has some amber trichomes on the main cola but the other colas on the same plant (we did LST) are only cloudy. I’ve included pictures of the main cola and the others for comparison. Am I ready or should I wait another week?

I would wait another week. Those lower buds look like they could tighten up a bit more.
You are usually better off to harvest a week late than a week early.
