Update: I fed my plants with nutrients after flushing the entire week. The water with nutrients had a ppm of 536 and ph of 6.8. After feeding I tested the run off from all of my plants. They were all around 2000 with the highest being nearly 2500. I watched your video and saw that it might be a soil issue. Do I need to transplant?
Judging by how dark green those leaves are I'd definitely say nitrogen toxicity. What have you been feeding the plant? Also, what is the pH and PPM of the runoff?
I’m using floranova grow I used 1.25ml per gallon the last time I added it. But the past week I’ve only been giving water I try to keep the PH at exactly 6.5 I’m using the old ph tester kit I haven’t been measuring ppm at all. I don’t ph water when spraying not sure if that’s worth mentioning
@jaysupreme100 Ok, if you measure the PPM of the runoff that will help tell you how much nutrients are in the medium for the plant. Since the leaves are so dark, I assume you are over feeding - but we won't know for sure unless the runoff PPM is measured. I highly recommend you don't go into flowering until you've fixed the problem. Unfortunately, if you go into flower now, the buds will be airy and small due to too much nitrogen in flowering :(
Thats good to know. How do you recommend checking ppm in the fabric pots? Should I buy something to test the runoff or test soil after watering? I’m also using fox farm ocean forest that already contains nutrients
I’ve tried flushing my last couple of waters I’ve seen a slight change but still seeing It a bit. Ive read that it could be my ph so I’ll look out for that as well I’ve just never seen leaves boomerang like that.
Yes, test the runoff after watering. Here's the TDS tester that I use to check PPM: https://amzn.to/2EUCX8j
Also, since you're growing in soil, here's a good video to watch:
