Why are my plants droopy and leaves tacoing?

hello everyone. I had 6 plants that I was growing under a 6 bulb t5 fixture and they were doing great. Then I put them in my 4x4 tent under my grower choice roi e680 led light. Then next day my plants were droopy and the leaves were slightly tacoing. The temps are 77 degrees and 62 RH I didn’t water or give nutrient. the only thing that changed was the light and the tent. Here are some picture before I changed lighting/ tent then after. I hope you can help. I wonder if it’s shock from changing over to a much more powerful light.
