Judging by the dark green leaves and the clawing, I'd say borderline nitrogen toxicity. What nutrients have you fed the plants and how often do you feed? What is the pH and PPM of the soil runoff? More info: https://www.mrgrowit.com/post/2020/08/25/nitrogen-toxicity-in-cannabis-plants
