Is this normal normal plant structure
For auto gorilla glue from fastbuds
One plant has huge buds on the airy side
Second plant has huge buds and is enormous for being grown in 3gallon pots

Everything looks normal from what I can see in the pics. The second plant just looks like it has a ways to go.
Those buds look nice, but do not look ready to harvest yet. Did you check for amber trichomes on the buds?
