Can you take a picture in normal lighting? Can't see the true color of the leaves. The only thing I see is it's a little lighter where the new growth is which is completely normal.
@Jay Pepe The fact that it's only one finger on one leaf makes me think it may be variegation. The droopiness could be due to overwatering. I'd let the medium dry out a bit and see if she pops back up. Some phenos stay droopy throughout their life so maybe it's just the pheno.
Looks like iron deficiency, odd it's only one leaf on the plant so I can't say for sure.
