This has slowly started to yellow from outward in, was wondering if it's nitrogen def or if I'm actually toxic in another nutrient.

This has slowly started to yellow from outward in, was wondering if it's nitrogen def or if I'm actually toxic in another nutrient.
Will the yellowing go away and return green after the ph is fixed or will it stay this shade?
