3.0 EC is high and your plant is showing multiple issues. Potentially nutrient lockout. I would flush and also attempt to bring the pH down a bit.
Can you take a picture in normal lighting so we can see the true color of the leaves?
im having the same issue in 3rd week of flower with yellow leaves and wondering if its a Nitrogen issue?
my room temp is 79 and my par is around 800
