We are growin a Bruce banner plant, he was doin great until we gave him fox farms nutrients...did we over nutrient him? We'd really appreciate your opinion on it.
Bruce Banner was a joy to grow. What ever I did it just kept growing. Not a large plant, but I did lst, topping etc. One seed produce several generations of plants by cloning (easy cloning with this plant phonon). Still ranks as my favorite grow & product rates up there with the best.
Hey there I have a bruce banner going on this run she looks beautiful but she's a slow grower I also have a presidential og going I started them at the same time bb is supposed to be tall and the presidential is supposed to be short well its just the opposite right now my p.o.g is twice the size of the bb go figure
Love your plant, here is my Bruce Banner, 7 gal cloth pot, promix media, led light, General Hydro flora. LST, bent main stem to reveal all these lower branches. Plant needs to stretch to close to the media, (milar to keep leaves off the media). Light fragrant odor.
when posting a comment or otherwise info and stuff look at bottom and there is a camera icon click that and you can add photo and even give it a caption as well -- when i got my first set of Fox Farm Nutrients i had no chart or any way of knowing how much to give on each as it was a guessing game // then i finally got the chart and wow what a difference in grow --
this one took about 2 weeks to really show its beauty after i started with the Fox Farm - yes i did the weak stuff at first so i could slowly flush out the old stuff i was using - plus to help insure things i did the minimum feed - about 2 cups every 5 to 7 days - so i would not over due or undercut the feed // below is like 3 months later
then one day it all went wild and just in wow factor -- but mind you i did not have the correct PH and yes it was a bit longer and smaller but still the results came out good -- so be patient and give everything a chance to kick in -- once you find the sweet spot you will be happy with Fox Farm Nutrients !!
but my new trick is to PH Up the water first before adding all nutrients so by time its all mixed and PH Tested it will fall at about 6.2 -- that is starting with water that is at 7.3 to start out with -- now do the feed schedule with all three nutrients it will now take it down to about 3.8 to 4.1 ( no Ph Up ) that's a big drop and uses lots of UP to get close to range - that is why i do the PH Up first
the twins here are about 2 1/2 months - i stunted em as i did not have room for them at time i wanted to put in final grow booth ( in now ) but yes they did get stressed and lost alot of the lower leaves but they are starting to take to the grow i am doing -- it took about 2 weeks for the stress to grow out so i think they are looking great for what i put em through both are about 17 to 18 inches tall -- been debating to cut all sun leaves and let the Buds do their thing
Yeah the ph was good....yeah we flushed him an are definitely gonna cut back on the fox farms nutrients. He was doin great I mean beautiful plant, big leaves jus perfect until we gave him those nutrients but yeah I think we're gonna cut it back some, I donno how to post pics or I'd show ya the difference, in new to the group. But thank you I agree, cuttin back on the nutrients. Thank you I appreciate any info, I'm first time grower so any info would be great :)
did you check the PH Balance as well with the Nutrients ? -- and what was the feeding before Fox Farm ? during about what week in grow ? -- as some shocks can take 3 to 5 days before you see any change -- every time i do a lollypop or sun leaf removal it does take a few days to recover and see change
i would have done this instead -- where it calls for 3 Tsp i would do only 1 to 1 1/2 Tsp
and knock the other two to 1 Tsp so it would be a weak dose and not a major shock all at once
so the plant would have a bit of time to adjust to the new nutrients and gradually go full strength
PH Balance does play a big role during grow -- best range is from 5.8 to 6.5 on PH Balance both with and without nutrients // without doing the PH Balance i did notice longer times for things to really shine or show and things just smaller than what should be or like it to be
Absolutely gorgeous

The transplant can shock her and it will take a few to recover.
