Cannabis seeds aren't always good. Sometimes you'll get seeds from seed banks that are just plain bad.

"The seeds were mutated." said Liquid Jade, a grower who posts grow videos onto his YouTube channel. He got a batch of seeds from a seed bank and most of them didn't survive.
