1st "Organic grow"

Hey fam

Starting a tent with organic ferts. "Dr. Earths" to be specific. Its was cheap!

My questions:

1. Is PH'ing water a best practice? and if so 6.5?

2. What do I do for calcium? (Epsom salt for Mag?)

3. I have tons of fish tanks... does anyone have experience using the "mulm" from filters and or aquarium by-products in their grow?

I am using RO water (btw ph's rather easily compared to vegas tap)

Gotcha. So I'm personally not a soil scientist so I can't tell you what combination of your amendments will create a balanced soil, but you do have blends there with the Dr. Earth. You have one for Veg and one for Flower. That may be all you need. Maybe someone who uses Dr. Earth can chime in and let us know what dosage they give to their plants and also if that provides enough calcium like you asked.

Organic grow - nice! 1. Depends on your water source. Some growers use water that comes in high (pH 7.5 or above) so they need to pH adjust prior to watering in. When in soil, 6.5 is a good general rule. 2. Can you first link us to the Dr. Earth fertilizer you will be using? I'd like to see what it has in it to begin. 3. I persoanlly don't have experience with that.
