Hey, Im in the 5th week of flower under the SF 2000 light and have had humidity at 60-70%, have tried cranking the AC Infinity up to 10 speed, bought a dehumidifier and also tried Damp Rid but cant get humidity down. What is the highest humidity level that's still healthy? the only way I can get it to around 50% is with the air con on. My PAR in the centre is around 880, sides 680-700, is that too high and does that slow growth? Light is at 14-15". Have a trellis but the 6" squares dont do much in terms of spacing. Have trained and defoliated a lot but the plants are still too bushy and have read only to defoliate the lower 3rd, is it ok to defoliate higher?
I agree with the "keep your circulation good" and you should be good with your humidity. Otherwise, your plants look great, nice job!.
Thanks Grow Community, this is my first run, they seem healthy but didnt grow tall only to 45-50cm with not much spacing of inter nodes would like a bit more height and length on branches to make LST easier could barely get in there for trimming, snapped a branch on the Matanuska but she healed well.
par values are fine, i would only trim any large fan leaves blocking bud sights at this point . be sure have good airflow in the tent with bushes like that but it looks like you've got that covered, they look great so far
You can still selectively remove leaves as necessary. All of the mature fan leaves can be removed if it comes to that.
I would say your good as long as you have good air circulation with the humidity… as for de-foliation if your at week five it’s a little late, usually want to do your last leaf strip at about week 3…
