First let me thank you Chris for your beginners guide, this is my first grow and it’s been very helpful! One thing I’m confused about is air exchange and how important it is. I have two 4x4 grow tents in the basement In Arizona. My veg tent has a 6” AC Infinity fan that the high temp is set at 82 degrees and the high humidity I set at 65%. I set it at 65 because at night (lights off) the temp drops to about 70 and the humidity will rise over 65 and kick on the fan for air exchange. How important is air exchange at night in veg vs flower? My flower tent has an F5 6” inline with speed control. It has been on high non stop to deal with heat but at night still runs. I was thinking about setting up an InkbirdSmart on this one and setting the high temp at 78 but then it would not run at all at night. What happens if your conditions are mostly stable when running an AC Infinity and your fan rarely kicks on, is that bad?Chris, I know your in Nevada and have almost identical dry condition. What do you set your infinity at? Thanks guys!!

I should make a video on this since it's a common question. Basically, plants need CO2 in order to grow. They intake CO2 though their leaves. When plants are small and don't have many leaves, they don't intake as much CO2 as larger plants with lots of leaves do. You'd need a CO2 meter in order to know if the level is fine when the fan isn't running.
