I did the paper towel method than I planted the seeds (Gorilla Glue) in red plastic cups and made slit’s at the bottom using fox farm ocean forest soil. How much water do I use?

Impossible to give you an exact answer here since we have no idea how moist the soil is to begin. If the soil is a little moist, it won't need as much water as if the soil were dry for example. In simple words, water until the medium is moist. Sorry this isn't a very clear answer. If you want a way more detailed answer, here's more info on the soil moisture feel test: https://www.cdpr.ca.gov/docs/county/training/inspprcd/handouts/soil_moist_feel_test.pdf
