I'm reaching harvest time and am planning out an auto grow this next round. I have a 4x4x8 and using a T5 Led from Sunblaze. In sunshine Mix 4. The blooms I currently have in are AgroLED iSunlight T5 Bloom LED lamps and they are 41 watts in a 4 panel. Would this spectrum be enough for the veg stage on auto's? Or do you think I would have better results swapping in the veg like you do for photos?

Good question. First off, autoflowers and photoperiods are both cannabis plants and they have the same lighting requirements. So you should never hear that "this light is good for autos but not good for photos" - or vice versa. The amount of PAR (photosynthetically active radiation) is arguably the main driver for growth - not spectrum. Many say that spectrum is nearly irrelevant when it comes to plant growth - except blue light and IR combined with other light. Hopefully this isn't confusing.
If you have time, I highly recommend you watch this video I made with Dan from The Green Sunshine Company. I ask him in the video about blue light, IR, UV, and other questions that I think a lot of people get confused on.
Let me know if that answers your question or not.
