Bloom light issues

Hey everyone, so I’ve been growing for a little bit now and I thought my first batch of plants would be done blooming by now but they’re still budding up. The problem I’m having is that I’ve started a few other plants that r getting bigger and one of them began to bud up and stopped growing completely should I just purchase a second light? I only have a small tent thats 48 x 24 x 60 I can fit another light but a second tent isnt an option for me right now

So using a LED like that will probably have an output similar to a 400w light.

I always keep all lights on no matter the stage. If you do some real research into light spectrums and the effects they have on plant growth, you may effect the shape but more PAR will not hurt it (unless it's too close or too far away).

Without a PAR meter you will just be grasping at straws as to how much loss you'll have based on footprint and distance.

My .02 is that, the light you have will work but you are running a lot of plants for a small area (I have a 4x4 and am running a pathrX II 600w and only have five photos).

I was also under the impression that Autos continue to veg during flower?

I am newer to growing canna, I've gardened indoors for yrs.

Thats the light I use.

and my smaller plants r starting to have the same effects as well, I’ve kept the light on both veg and bloom to try to balance it out but that’s clearly not working

Which grow light do you have in the tent right now? Can you take pics in normal lighting? All we currently see is purple.

@Ynot Did you have a stunt in growth within the first 30 days of the plants life? That's one downside to autoflowers is if you have problems within the first 30 days, then it significantly impacts yield. Once the plant goes into flowering, it will stretch for about 14-21 days (depending on genetics) then just focus on bud production. Your plant must be done stretching. Also it looks like your plant may have nitrogen toxicity which also can slow growth. all my plants are feminized seeds from seedsman. are autoflowers typically better? And would having auto flowers help prevent this in the future?

I understand the yield can potentially be lower but you do get faster production correct? Cuz if anything I will switch to autoflowers from now on.

@Ynot It comes down to personal preference imo. So you must have put it onto a flowering light cycle very early on then? If you kept it on a Veg light cycle then the plant could grow bigger before flowering.

I’ll take updated pictures when I go home from work tonight. my problem has gotten kinda worse, I’m starting to think I’m kinda screwed with the plant that stopped it’s growth
