Hi growers. I need some help. This is my first grow ever. I’m growing in a 2x4x6 tent using a cloud line t6 / carbon filter with a mars hydro reflector 720w light. I have a humidifier, I don’t have an oscillating fan I just ordered it coming in soon. I’m growing autos in a 3 gallon pot using FFOF soil. I have 3 plants going, 2 Pineapple Express and 1 sucker punch all autos from seedsman. I did the cup to the paper towel method to germ. it was a 100% with all having good tap root. When the plants start peeking out of the soil I noticed the seed casing was stuck to the tiny leaf on all of them. After a day or two I helped It by removing the casing off. Only one gave me a problem cause it was actually stuck to the leaf and turn it a yellow color on the tip. after 4 days it was easier to remove it. I believe it stunned its growth noticing it’s smaller than the others two. I continued to grow by watering it my tap water ph 6.3 i Haven’t add anything to it. and the light distance being at 34” in. 18/6 schedule. It’s now 2weeks since they popped out the soil and they are all small at 2” in. tall from the soil which is very small to me. The temp and humidity have been great from the start of it. Any idea why it’s so small ? This is my first grow ever and I knew I was going to run into issues and learn from them as I continue. Please any help would be great.

I agree, they look right about where they should be. Also I would question the true wattage of your light and maybe move it closer. You can see what Mr. G thinks.
Plants look good for two weeks! The speed of their growth will pick up soon once root structure has been established and they have more leaves to do the photosynthesis process.
Dont forget to check pH and ppm of your runoff when watering. The book has a great guide/chart for what you should be shooting for. Plants look pretty healthy for week 2.
At 2 weeks they look about rite. The roots are doing there thing rt now and you should see some growth soon. Try using some better water maybe ? Tap water has pollutants not great for young roots. Ph sounds good but, could be adding ppm’s plus chlorine. They actually look alright for 2 weeks. Wait to see what the Man sais and post pics in normal light also for true color. Cheers and keep em rolling.
