What light are you using and how far away is it from the top of the plant?
Are you measuring yr water run off for pH and TDS ? If so what are you getting ? What kind of material used for potting ? Looks stunted for sure. Dont top autos or to much pruning, it will slow things down to heal to much. Just go with LST. You may have to flush depending on above. Plant should be way bigger at that timeframe.
