I want to try bud washing but i keep getting mixed answers and info some say its no good others say its the truth! I trust your knowledge. Your podcast Havent lead me wrong yet! Is bud washing something i can do safely?

I do a bud wash when I grow outdoors, it washes a lot of the bugs and dirt off.
I never do a bud wash for my indoor grow, there is no need.
