Not from that picture. The pictures have to be up close of the nodal junction. Males will develop small round bumps and females develop an oval shaped stigma that comes to a point. Instead of seeing 2 on either side of the node you will usually see them on the right side I believe. So if you look at the node from the flat side view where the branches come out in the shape of a y, you'll see them where the split for the y meets the stem on the right side. If you turn to the other side it will be the same thing. Eventually the left and right both develop it.
Feel like I might see 1 stigma but it's too hard to tell from the photo.
I assume you are asking if your plant is a male? Too early to tell from those pictures.
