Yeah small plants like those in large containers are easy to over water. After you water, it should take at least 4-5 days to dry out before it would need another watering. I think those plants do have a chance to recover; just let the medium dry out and they should get happier.

I have an RO system so my ppm has been around 30. PH I have been measuring between 6 and 6.5
None. i used fox farm ocean forest soil and have been just watering.
