If you have other plants already I wouldn't ut them anywhere near them until you've taken care of the infestation.

Looks a lot like damage from thrips. I'm working on writing an article on thrips but it's not done yet. Here is a good one which tells you how to get rid of them: https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/thrips
That damage may actually be from spider mites instead since the damage looks very similar to that of thrips. Here is info on that: https://www.mrgrowit.com/post/2020/08/27/spider-mites-on-cannabis-plants
The pest on the yellow sticky looks like a fungus gnat: https://www.mrgrowit.com/post/fungus-gnats-on-cannabis-plants
@Mr. Grow It yes but what are your thoughts about switching the oils up?
@chriscovey I've never used neem, peppermint and rosemary in one formula before so I honestly have no idea.

Looks like it, personally I'd use organic neem being in veg.
Need a closer pic to determine what those are. Hopefully your still in veg which makes it easier to get rid of them. In flower it's tough without negatively affecting your harvest.
I'm pretty sure though it's not mites
