4000K, 80 watts... Should be fine for seedlings and clones

I’m curious @mrgrowit instead of a trellis on a small indoor grow (2x4x5) 1 600w light 1 300w light 3 plants can I use a tomato cage ?
Can I grow clones and seeds together? Will the plants from seed steal all the light from the clones??
