Absolutely. I've used tomato cages for cannabis plants before with good success. I personally like using them on stretchy strains that have long internodes and tend to flop over in flowering due to the weight of the buds. The tomato cage helps keep the branches upright and spreads them out a bit so light can get down into the canopy.
