Both of those lights in that size grow space should be fine. Just make sure you distance them appropriately from your plants.
Another thing I’m curious about is when I go from veg to bloom do I leave veg lights on or turn veg off and only run flower lights? I haven’t seen that anywhere. In addition. Happy belated

BESTVA Elite 600W is newest light. The other is Vivosun 300 that came with 2x4x5 grow tent @Amazon hoping to run em in tandem if possible
