Hey everyone me! Again. First off I want to thank you all for always helping me when I randomly pop up so thank you. This is my first grow and I am in flower!! I believe im in week 3ish of flower and they are looking good so far. However I do see some fan leaves are covering a lot of the other buds. Can I cut some off? I haven’t really cut any fan leaves off after my last defoliation during late veg.

Yes you can absolutely pluck off some of the larger fan leaves so the lowers are exposed to light. Some will attempt "leaf tucking" first and if that can't be accomplished then they will just remove the leaf.
Im still new only on second grow growing autos but I remove the larger fan leaves on mine there blocking light from the buds day 60 on my autos
