I have a 6” carbon filter above my lights in tent. It’s 8 weeks old from setup. Airflow was great. It’s down to zero. I removed the cover. Improved slightly. I thought that would be it. I removed the filter totally and the inline fan is back to what it once was. Obviously the charcoal filter is the problem.
i have a well. Very clean water had it checked. I use this water in my humidifier. I believe this is the cause. I normally run my inline fan at a low speed. did I ruin the filter using a humidifier inside the tent? Maybe I was sold a crappy filter?
what happened to it and how do I prevent it from happening again? Is it junk now?
Thanks so much. I can’t find an answer anywhere.

I reached out to hydrobuilder.com where I got it. They moved fast to get this done for me. The manufacturer of the filter is sending a new one out pronto. Great customer service from both of them.
