one of my seeds got stuck in the leaf and when i took it out i cut the edge of the cotyledon by mistake.
well it going to continue grow or she will die eventually?

That leaf being damaged shouldn't hurt it.
You do have water beads on your leaves and at that young, it could be an issue. When that happens, take a square of toilet paper and using corner, gently drag/dab the top to get it off. Lights could refract in that water bead and burn your leaf-
