so the yellowing is slowly getting worse as we near harvest....
we upped the pH to 7 for last feeding, thinking there might be a lockout. all 3 others are perfectly fine with the same feedings...genetics maybe? early harvester?
@Mr. Grow It thanks for the reply. and YES i def watched that video and it was rather eye opening. we have still been feeding them nutes since my last post, so i dont think were lacking nutrients, its seeming like a lockout. but im glad u said to just ride it out as thats what we have ultimately ended up doing. were approaching cloudy trichomes, they were all pretty clear on friday when i checked. thanks for all ur awesome info!!
@Mr. Grow It flushed the one plant today and collected runoff with a smaller dish bc i NEED to know whats going on. what an eye opening experience this was, as i quickly realized my pH was 5.3 and the ppm's were....5000 😳 after another small flush (about 4-5gallons all together) the ppm's came down to3600, still WAY too high. need to get that pH up pronto, lesson learned on ALWAYS checking runoff. 😑
trichomes are still clear. IMO, at least 2 more weeks before chop.
Higher pH'd water? How how are you talking about? Yes, flushing with plain water will lower the amount of nutrients in the medium which will show as a lower PPM.
u said there might be a lockout, im thinking its too low (the pH), so if i raise the pH that'll cancel out the lockout, right? were also a week away from starting the flush i guessed, and i read you dont wanna start it too early, if this was ur grow, what would u do?
Not nute burn. Do you know what the pH and PPM of the runoff is? Plant could just be locked out due to salt buildup or locked out due to pH out of range? I'm guessing here since I don't have much info on the plant.
well thats good at least. unfortunately, we havent cleaned the drip trays in a few weeks, so i know that will mess with any readings we take. i know this is a rookie move, but my growing partner is a bit hesitant to move the plants with the screen being in place. were gonna remedy this next grow. we have been keeping feedings as close to 6.5 as possible.. 3 other plants are looking great w same exact feedings.

1. Your pH is within the ideal range but the PPM is over 2000 and your plant is showing deficiencies. This is probably a lockout due to salt buildup.
saw this and im fairly certain this is our problem now, do i flush w/ higher pHd water? how do i get the ppm's down?
this is the only other color change weve seen, i chalk it up to genetics
