In week 3 of flower my hairs started turning brown...then in week 5 my leaves started getting spots on the leaves on top of canopy and stated working down a little now..the leaves tips are also pointed down..the pictures are from week 6 of flower . My environment is perfect..temps and rh are in the perfect range co2 is 1600-1400ppm..im thinking I Fed too many nutes. I feed cal-mag at full strength with every feeding ..I don't feed to runoff so I can't check my soil ppm or ph. Can anyone tell me from the pics what they think it might be..thank you
It seems like your co2 levels are a bit high. To have them at 1400-1600 then you need to have optimum levels of everything else. That is close to the range where plant production starts to plateau and drop off. I have the roi-e680 that I run at 100% and according to Mr.G's research I'm getting between 1200 to 1500 ppfd, and I never put my co2 level over 1100. Don't know if that will help, thats just my experience.
Also alot of my leaf edges are pointing down..is that a systom of nute burn or light ?
I'm using spider farmer 4000 and iv lowered the light to 20 inches and 1000ppfd...im losing my nutes to 3/4 strength and ph water to 6.2...what else would u suggest I do next?
Its on the top leaves of all 4 plants...the light when this started happening was about 26 inches away
Hmmm, yeah we are kind of blind without pH or PPM measurements. It could be a pH lockout or a lockout due to overfeeding?
A soil ph and ppm definitely would be beneficial. When I feed/water I look for run off, seems wasteful but it helps keeping the salts down and balancing the ph. That seems a lot of cal-mag but not saying it isn't needed in your grow. In my grow during flower I rarely need cal-mag. Without being able to get soil readings I'd suggest a good flush incase of salt build up also to get medium ph closer to ideal range.
