Did I over dry and ruin curing?

So I dried both my plants for 7 days at 68 degrees and 50% RH. When I jarred them to cure the humidity in the jars never went about 50-55%, but the buds are still sticking together. Has anyone seen this before and/or have advise what I should do? Thanks!

GSC and White Widow

Drying/curing stage. Vegged for 7 weeks, flower for 65 days

Indoors in a 2x4 Vivosun tent, in FFOF soil 3 gallon pots

Light is Vivosun VS1000

How long have they been in the jars? Do you have humidity packs on hand?

@Mr. Grow It yes sir, best purchase I've ever made - wouldn't have even made it to here without your book :) and yes 3rd edition.

I have noticed since this post the humidity is raising a bit, this was my first grow and all a test so if I over dried it's just more notes for the next grow!

with that being said, am I even curing them now? should I keep them jarred and wait a few weeks or should I jump in now?

@sdotmars Ok because you mention 50% RH for drying but my book says 55-60% for drying which is probably why they over-dried a bit. Yup, keep them in the jars for curing. The taste and smell should get better as time goes on

@Mr. Grow It ah gotcha I knew it seemed to have dried fast and I don’t know how I missed that!! The GSC actually smells and tastes really good, the WW doesn’t smell good but doesn’t have a taste (I had to do a test).

overall the grow has been successful thanks to your book, YouTube channel and this forum Thanks For the advice!
