My leaves look healthy, except for the fact that they look droopy. I watered them two days ago and did not overwater or underwater so I know if that is not the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
You can figure out if it's light pretty easy depending on when they droop. If they start off fine when lights turn on then get droopy towards the end of the cycle its usually light.
Testing for humidity is also easy. You just spray water all over your tent and wait about an hour then come back. If they perk up then it's humidity related.
Temps being too low is another possible cause. None of these things are particularly harmful but they can slow growth.
Most of the time when you see that it just means one of your parameters doesn't match the demand of the other.
You are doing too much. You added tons of stress. You have a progressing nitrogen deficiency. It's difficult to tell if it's caused by lack of root oxygen from flushing or an actual deficiency. Always remember to change one variable at a time or no one will be able to help. Leave the lights high because the plants are stressed now. Let them dry out some. After the pots are dryer feed the nutrients you have ph'd between 5.5 and 6.5. Did you ever get the temperature over 77?
Sometimes plants just aren't fast. By overthinking things you probably made it worse. Just give them some time. Once they hit a certain size they will grow faster. Don't change anything else.
That's my opinion. Sorry I don't have something simple or immediate.
I had the same issue with my last batch. It was nitrogen too. Damn, what’s a good way to add nitrogen? My nutrients obviously don’t have enough. Its that dyna gro bloom. It hasn’t reached over 77.
You need to get your temperature up if you have any desire for fast growth. Photosynthesis is directly related to leaf surface temperature. In your case it may be best to either add a heater or turn your exhaust fan speed to a very low speed. These fans typically remove air much faster than is necessary for co2 exchange. You might also benefit from moving the light closer to the plants to increase leaf surface temperature. If you are having issues with your nutrients I suggest finding nutrients that work for your needs.
Perhaps it may be best to revert back to your veg nutrients until the 4th week of flower. Are you using the nutrients at full strength?
I'm certainly not telling you that you have to get the nutrients I show you. I do not use them personally but I do know people who use them with great success. Consider buying something specifically for growing weed. Compare the npk ratios of what I'm going to show you with what you have. Though the numbers may be higher in certain mixes the ratios will remain similar. From what I can tell, dynagro bloom has a nitrogen ratio that's far too low for the plants you are growing.

Remember that ambient temperature controls everything. The speed of water moving through the plant, rate of photosynthesis, nutrient absorption, ability to respire, etc.
My immediate suggestion is switch back to veg nutrients and the consider alternative nutrients.
Your potting mix looks pretty dry. Is it wet a couple inches down?
Do you see anything on the underside of the leaves?
What percentage are you running it at? That's close to the max veg height at 100% I believe.

If it is all your plants you may either have too much light or too low of a humidity.
