My one plant is growing bigger then the other one but needs more time. The second one is "nearly finished" I wanted to dry them in the tent because its good climate in there and i can filter the air. But can I do that when the other plant is still growing and the lights are on?

I agree with @Cap Stone .. If you have no other options then go for it but keep your temps below 75F - ideally as low as 60F when drying. The higher the temp when drying, the more terpenes you are losing.
