Early flower defoliation ?

Last grow I did this sometime around week 3. What I don't remember is when exactly I did this. This is the site I used for info. https://www.growweedeasy.com/nebulas-flowering-stage-defoliation-tutorial They talk about defoliating in week 3 of flower. But what I don't know is are they talking about the start of week 3 or the end of week 3. My girl ended week 2 today. Pics below. She is way overgrown and flower sights are numerous. Should I defoliate tomorrow or wait one more week ?

I would only take the huge mature fans with focus on the ones with purple petioles 🙃

@Porch grower basically the theory is that they are done growing the majority of their plant structure around day 21…which is why you hear that 3 weeks thrown around. It’s almost always going to be a play it by ear thing. I used to leaf strip very heavily around day 21 and I got good bud from certain cultivars and some hate it. Now I only remove what’s necessary from the top and mid canopy and I lollipop everything below halfway. This only slightly varies as sometimes you make judgment calls with situations which pop up.

Those plants look healthy, from the pics, so keep it up 🌱🪴🤙🏻

I usually lean towards the end of week three from when I flip the lights to 12/12.
