whats better for seedlings because so far it’s been a roller coaster with these ladies. idk if it’s the banana k strain being finicky or I just suck and it’s my first grow lol. The blackberry has been immaculate from the day of its birth. I’ve been researching and seeing black gold as the best choice for seedlings? Should I be making this move before transplanting into FFOF soil when the ladies are more mature and can handle the nutes? thanks everyone for the feedback in advance.

I've been using FFOF soil for over 10 years now and have had a small handful of cultivars that didn't take the soil well - but not many. I haven't grown in Black Gold soil before so can't speak on that.
