i know I should only be using water for 20-40 days of the plants life due to nutrients already pre amended. Now when I transplant, does that mean i won’t have to water for another 20-40 days? when do I start feeding after final transplant?

Got a pic of the plant? It really depends on the size and root structure.
If you transplant a seedling in a solo cup that's been growing for 10 days to a 3-gal pot, then it should have enough nutrients for another 20-30 days or so.
If you transplant a 10-inch plant that's been growing in a 1gal container for 20 days, then transplant into a 3gal container, well then then the nutrients in the transplanted soil may only last 10-20 days.
Sounds like a perfect plan, I’ll keep in touch later on to show the ladies
I have been using for ffof for my first grow. After you transplant you should have 20 - 40 days of nutrients. But, it's always best to check the ppm of your run off. When you start getting close to the PPM suggested for stage your plant is in, then you can start slowly adding nutrients. However, I'm new at this....
That is exactly the plan sir, I didn’t flush just wanted to Read the run off out of curiosity, since I stopped over watering and only water every 3 days it’s been great. lol bro I’ll watch those videos 100 more times and won’t gather as much because I’m always high watching
Wrd, so I do use beneficials (great white). I used it for seedling and will be using it for transplant as well. It’s deff helped bring up a nice robust seedling quick. I tested the run off a couple of days ago while it was still in the solo cup. My Ppm was 800 and PH 6.4... I’m only kinda worried about the 800ppm part for a young plant. This is her 3rd week since sprout
I had the same question a long time ago but didnt post 😂
If you are using the same soil after transplanting i would give a week or so before adding nutrients. Did you use any root growth additive when you transplanted if not this could send the plant into shock.
And will take around a week or two to recover.
When i transplanted without root boosting it did just that and found that not only did it stunt growth but also gave signs of nitrogen difficulties.
The way i managed to overcome this school boy error was to water only with ph corrected water for the first week post pransplant as the fresh soil will have the nutrients you need for the root system to expand. Keep an eye on what your plant looks like in the next 5 to 7 days and you can adjust accordingly. Also testing the run off after a good soak (water when dry) will give you a better idea of when to feed
Hope this helps 👍
