So I got my tent set up seeds popped and 1/2-3/4 in sprouts. Going in dirt but my temp is at 65.8 and 75percent humidity is this ok. And can I put a heater inside my tent.

65.8F is a pretty low temp. You'll probably encounter slow growth and some seeds may not sprout (if they haven't already).
