naa i noticed them in late veg couple days before the flip, females have sacs i read so its very hard to spot them but males have more of a ball look and sometimes theres more then one but it was my first time sorting through them and i manage to get all the males gone by time i was ready to flip just couldnt help the hemaphrodite but still live and learn i just wont be doing anymore reg seeds and hopefully wont come across it again tbh its only my second grow and i like trying new thing then i have more of and understanding and i know what i like to use for best results so depending on my next grow is weather im stinking with soil or going back to coco and same nutes or going back to my old ones because this grow has been really nice all the way through just shame i got few seeds in my bud now but its for personal use only so i dont mind as mush u know just know where i went wrong
@gregthe357 hope that helps if ur thinking about doing it but in my opinion now its not worth the stress if ur a small time grower and not really on a pheno hunt or cloning because i spent a lot of time hand feeding them all and all the low stress and high stress training and topping. one i defoliated if thats how u spell it haha which has came out nice but has the chase of having fe seeds in my bud i wont know fully till i dry and cure but i wont be doing reg seeds from now on and i have a pack worth sum money kush sorbets from seed junky genetics, ill be selling them or keeping them till i have few tents and wanna roll the dice again ahaha
on the ones the bannas was on, the hairs was on like 50% just i didnt wanna start the flush just yet. i had a few males in the pack i got spotted them late veg they were all in same tent i was thinking this could hsve been why ??
its got hold of most of the plants in there tbh im gutted but i wanted to take the risk and it flopped hopefully still have sum nice smoke once i go through the buds, but is this a hermaphrodite that caused this to happen because i sorted through the males and females and made sure i had only females but i was looking for sighs of one and i couldnt see till now
You can either take tweezers and pluck off the bananas every day or harvest early. Yes you can flush and then lights off prior to harvest. Just remember when you water and then it's lights off, humidity will spike. So control that so you don't encounter bud rot.
