My indoor Sundae Driver plant will be ready to harvest right around Memorial Day weekend where I will be going out of town Friday-Monday. Would it be safer to let it live throughout the weekend and harvest when I get home or, should I cut it and start drying before I leave? I mostly am worried about the possibility of equipment failures while I am gone. For instance if my fans die for some reason while I am gone and it will be pretty hot and humid over the weekend I would hate to lose all of my hard work to mold.

I'd let it live through the weekend or do 3 days of darkness like @Cap Stone mentions.
Idk if you have harvested before but I would try to harvest one or two stems over the break for practice but I’d also see if you could have a friend or family to just make sure everything is working properly. I’m on a 3 day weekend as we speak and i just had my sis check on them cause I’ve got it pretty dialed in. All I got to worry about is power loss and I’m good. Heavy water before you go I think you’ll be good.
One option is to leave her in darkness for 3 days and then harvest. Many people do that all the time and say it makes the buds stickier and increases THC levels.
