Have some randomn holes or rips, need help

there is more now but I think it’s the water I’m using when spraying the leaves for pests. this is shoprite spring water and it tested for 70ppm..I’m starting to think it’s water residue because it looks the same as when I was using regular sink water for my humidifier and it left the same white spots on leaves

@Kushykush Are you using a microscope to check for pests? Many pests you can't see with the naked eye. Check the undersides of the leaves.

That could definitely do it. Have you considered beneficial bugs? Just mentioning since you had a pest issue already. Might keep them under control.

It’s my first grow, I’ve heard of them thru research, kinda nervous to introduce them in my tent since my clothes are in the closet too lol... I’ll stick with spraying them 2 times a week switching between Rosemary, lavender and peppermint. I use to have a little bit of gnats flying around but yellow sticky and spraying def got rid of them. Hopefully now it will get rid of these thrips or w.e this is. I’ve checked with others and heard man handling your plant while doing LST can possibly cause that, or if leaves are constantly touching causing too much friction can do that too... idk I think it’s a bit far fetched, but who knows... either way thanks for the help guy! it’s all about learning always. this is the way

Yeah I was trying to zoom in on those white spots/specks on the leaves. Looked similar to thrips. How's the airflow and what are you using for pest management?

Airflow should be good, I got 2 fans running all time and AC in-line fan. I’m using dr Bronners soap in 32 ounces of water and add 5-6 drops of peppermint oil or lavender, started last week the spraying process at lights out

If your also seeing a goo substance on the leaves and branches that is plant secretions from insect bites usually. I'd bet you have a pest issue.
